Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number?
No. A number connected to Stravax Engage can't be used in the app at the same time. To move it, you first delete the number's WhatsApp Business app account, and Meta says its chat history is lost, so back it up before you move. Moving it back to the app later is not self-serve. You can also connect a new number and keep the app.
Can I bring my contacts?
Yes. Import them from a CSV file.
Do teammates need their own phones?
No. Each teammate signs in on the web or in the iPhone or Android app.
How many users does the trial include?
The 7-day trial includes 5 users and 1 WhatsApp number. No card needed.
What does Meta charge?
