What is the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?

Starter runs WhatsApp properly: your team handles conversations with AI as a copilot drafting replies and summaries. Growth is your AI sales team: AI qualifies leads and resolves tickets on its own, plus Instagram (rolling out), abandoned-cart recovery, and sequences. Scale runs it like a business: multi-brand agency workspace, revenue analytics, and developer API access.

How does annual billing work?

What happens if I go over a plan limit?

Most limits are a hard ceiling with a clear upgrade path, never a surprise charge, most obviously on conversion events. The only thing billed from your wallet is AI usage beyond your monthly allowance.

How much do WhatsApp conversations cost?

Exactly what Meta charges, and nothing more. Stravax Engage runs Tech Provider billing: Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly, at Meta's published rates for your country, on your own Meta invoice. Stravax Engage adds 0% markup, so a message never draws on your Engage wallet.

Is there an iOS or Android app?
