Are WhatsApp replies free?
The first 1,000 service replies each month on each number are free. After that, Meta charges per message, at the rate for your customer's country.
Are chats from my click-to-WhatsApp ads charged?
If a customer messages you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad on their phone and you reply within 24 hours, Meta doesn't charge for messages in that chat for up to 7 days.
Does Stravax Engage add anything per message?
No. 0% markup on every plan.
